EVERGROW offers local Hong Kong delivery and free in-store pickup for online purchases.

In-Store Pickup

When ordering any product on our website, you can choose free pickup at our Lai Chi Kok showroom.

Hong Kong Delivery

For jewelry orders over HKD 5,000, we offer free delivery to all locations in Hong Kong. Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotel addresses.

International & Mainland China Delivery

For deliveries outside Hong Kong, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Product Exchange

    • You may exchange any product within 7 days of delivery, in-store pickup, or in-store inspection.
    • Same-product exchange: Return the item with the receipt, packaging, accessories, and certificate via mail or in person at our showroom.*
    • Different-product exchange: Customers must cover any price difference and return the original item with the receipt, packaging, accessories, and certificate via mail or in person at our showroom.*
    • All products can only be exchanged once.

Return & Refund

  • Within 7 days of delivery, in-store pickup, or in-store inspection, if a quality issue is found, we will accept returns and issue a full refund. No refunds are given for other reasons.

    Quality issues covered under this policy:

    1. Diamond products: If the diamond exhibits milky/cloudy appearance, inclusions not visible in videos/certificates, we offer a full refund or free exchange.
    2. Jewelry products: If the product does not match its description, we offer a full refund or free exchange.
If the return is due to a quality issue, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost. The sender assumes all shipping risks.

  • Delivery takes 3–31 days (including production time).

  • Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore: 10–56 days (including production time).
​​Standard International (Other Regions)
  • Mainland China, France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines, India, and Indonesia: 17–56 days (including production time).

In-Store Pickup

You may also choose in-store pickup. Once your order is ready, we will notify you to collect it at our showroom (address provided upon confirmation).

 

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemics, extreme weather, natural disasters).

International Order Taxes

Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia: Tax-free

Taiwan5% tax on total order value

Other countries: Taxes will be calculated and collected by the local courier upon delivery.

    • Note: International orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Return & Exchange Guarantee

  1. Exchange Policy
    1. In-Store Purchase
      • Items (excluding “non-exchangeable products”) can be exchanged once within 7 days of pickup, provided they are in “original sale condition” (with receipt, certificate, packaging, and gifts, if any).
      • Must be returned in person to our Lai Chi Kok showroom.

    2. In-Store Order with Delivery
      • Full-paid orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
      • Return via:
        1. In-person at the original store with all original items.
        2. OR
        3. Mail return (customer covers shipping & taxes) within 14 days after approval.

    3. Online Purchase (evergrowhk.com)

      • 7-day exchange guarantee for delivered orders.
      • Must be in “original sale condition” with all accessories.
      • Customer covers return shipping; original shipping fee is non-refundable.

      Exchange Process:

      • Submit request via WhatsApp: (852) 96994134 within 7 days.
      • Return item (with all documents) via mail or in-person drop-off within 14 days.
      • Free promotional gifts must be returned or purchased separately.
