Accent Diamond RepairOne free repair within 1 year from purchase date for non-human damage. Not applicable to center stones, stones over 0.1ct, or colored diamonds. Repair quote will be provided if damage is man-made.
Ring ResizingOne free resizing within 1 year (+/- 2 HK sizes). Additional charges apply for special sizes or custom designs. Minor differences in thickness may result from the process.
Refinishing / PolishingOne complimentary refinishing within 1 year. Some intricate or special designs may be excluded upon inspection.
Professional CleaningLifetime complimentary in-store service. Recommended every 6-12 months.
Engraving ServiceOne free engraving for engagement/wedding rings (inner band). Subject to design feasibility. Other items quoted separately.
Manufacturing Defects RepairFree repair for manufacturing defects or non-human damage (e.g. loose accents, weld failure).
Lifetime Upgrade PlanAll loose lab-grown diamonds can be upgraded anytime at 70% trade-in value toward a diamond at least 2x the value. Diamond must be in original condition with lab certificate.

Care & Usage Notes:

  • Avoid contact with hard/sharp surfaces.
  • Remove jewelry during bathing, swimming, chores, or sports.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid chemical agents.
  • Store separately in a dry place to prevent scratches.

Non-Warranty Conditions:

  • Damage from misuse, impact, pressure, or negligence
  • Lost items, theft, or acts of God
  • Items altered, repaired, or handled by non-authorized third parties
  • Lack of original receipt or warranty card
